1. Service

BGGridDB (the "Service") is a non-commercial platform for sharing images related to board games and providing access to them through an API.

2. User content

By uploading an image you confirm that you have the right to distribute it or that it is fan art / a derivative work, and grant the Service a non-exclusive perpetual license to store, process (create thumbnails and variants), display and distribute it through the site and the API.

You keep the copyright to your work. The Service credits the author next to the image.

3. Use of content

Content is provided as is for non-commercial use. API users agree to credit the author and link to the asset where possible and not to present the content as their own.

4. Rules

Users follow the site rules. The Service may remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

5. API

API access is provided per key with rate limits. The Service may change the API and limits with notice in the documentation.

6. Liability

The Service does not guarantee availability and is not responsible for user content. Rights holder claims are handled per the "Copyright holders" page.
